Thank you so much for doing this with us! What is your “backstory”?
As the daughter of 2 business parents, I never saw myself working for anyone. I tried a few times, and kept failing every time. So I decided that, once and for all, I was going to do things my way, and be the founder of a business that is aligned to my beliefs and can also help me lead a life filled with travels and free time to take care of myself.
Can you share the funniest or most interesting story that happened to you since you began leading your company?
The funniest moment is joining my first business mastermind as I was shopping at Costco. Right there in the middle of the aisle, I popped out my credit card, paid in full, and took the biggest leap in my life that far.
What was your biggest challenge to date either personally or professionally and how did you overcome it?
The biggest challenge is not having the support of everyone around me to do things on my own. The fear of not having a ‘secure’ job made my family and my partner uneasy. I found myself in a job that I hated, 20 pounds heavier, blinded to the signs telling me everywhere I should leave. Then I day, I finally opened my eyes, quit my job, quit my relationship, and I never looked back since.
What does leadership mean to you and how do you best inspire others to lead?
Leadership is knowing what you want, your core values, your beliefs, and following through with them no matter what. I inspire my clients and friends every day to listen to that inner voice is aligned and jump! Our greatness is waiting for us right outside of our comfort zone.
None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?
I have had many business coaches and supporters, but I wouldn’t be where I am without my #1 supporter, my best friend Carine. She was the only one that believed me and made me see what I am capable of. It is a hard road being an entrepreneur, but all you need is that 1 cheerleader, and I had time.
Was it difficult to fit your life into your business/career and how did you do that?
I made sure that my business fitted my life. When I first started, I did have to put in the hours and build it, test and trial certain things, work nights and weekends. But being a business woman is about seeing the long term game, while compromising (and not sacrificing) the present moment.
Did you find that as your success grew it became more difficult to focus on the other areas of your life?
Yes. I am so passionate about my business that at times, I would rather work on my business than head out or go exercising. But, I needed to practice what I preach, and my performance expanded the day that I made time for all my core non-negotiables: sleep, healthy nutrition, exercise, social activities and meditation.
Can you share five pieces of advice to other leaders about how to achieve the best balance between work and personal life?
Find your 5 core non-negotiables and input them into your schedule like an appointment.
- Take care of your body, you need it to get you where you want to get.
- Don’t talk about your business with anyone, just with those that can support you and lead you forward.
- Focus on 1 main goal per 90-days
- Follow 1 coach or mentor, and not every freebie you can find.
- Have fun!

Seeing the success of my clients and the impact my work is doing.

You are a person of great influence. If you could inspire a movement that would bring the most amount of good to the most amount of people, what would that be? You never know what your idea can trigger. 🙂
My vision is a world where women are free from the confinement of society so as to shine in their true beauty, and be empowered to live life on their terms.
